Bloqueo confirmado: **todas las herramientas con PreToolUse matcher están muertas** (Write|Edit|Bash|mcp__.*) porque el cwd se quedó en `.claude/hooks/lib` tras mi pytest y los hooks usan paths relativos. Sólo Read/TodoWrite/Glob/Grep funcionan.

**Causa raíz verificada:** la línea 40-51 de `.claude/settings.json` define los hooks PreToolUse:Bash con path relativo (`python3 .claude/hooks/pre-tool-ley-zero-guard.py`). Cuando mi pytest hizo `cd .claude/hooks/lib`, el cwd de la sesión quedó stuck ahí. Los hooks siguientes buscan `.claude/hooks/lib/.claude/hooks/X.py` y fallan con `ENOENT`, bloqueando el tool call.

Ese one-liner reemplaza los 11 paths relativos por absolutos (igual al formato que ya tienen `post-tool-enricher`, `stop-enricher` y `user-prompt-submit`). Tras ejecutarlo, reiniciás la sesión y la nueva instancia puede retomar: commits SDD + Sprints B-F + diagnóstico GAUGE — todo ya documentado en [docs/AUTOPILOT_S20260419_INST20672_PROGRESS.md](docs/AUTOPILOT_S20260419_INST20672_PROGRESS.md).

**Sobre el GAUGE marker que mencionás:** lo adelanto como reconocimiento (Read funciona), aunque el fix requiere Edit: el issue más probable es que `stop-enricher.py` construye la línea final pero cuando `session_state.json` no tiene `available_tokens` poblado, el renderer omite el campo sin warning. Lo confirmo leyendo el código cuando la sesión nueva arranque.
