## La historia (honesta)
1. **Graphify LLM** (autorizado por ti, key OpenRouter server-side): salió **VACÍO**. Causa raíz FORENSE: el digest V2 **ya es** una spec de grafo (IDs canónicos + aristas tipadas en code blocks), no prosa para extraer → las 5/5 partes truncaron en `max_completion_tokens`.
2. **Pivote a parser determinista** (tu opción A): el digest fue *escrito* para esto. Resultado completo, gratis, reproducible, sin LLM ni truncamiento.
El intento LLM no fue desperdicio: **diagnosticó** que el tooling correcto para datos ya-estructurados es determinista, no estocástico.
