Lo que pasó, en una frase: tweetpilot/project era un gitlink (repo embebido), no un dir suelto — git rm --cached quitó el puntero del índice de EMBER sin tocar tus 148M, que siguen vivos en disco con su .git y .env.local propios. Si quieres, mueves esa carpeta fuera de ember-claude-code/ cuando gustes (ya está gitignored, es inofensiva donde está).

📍 PARA JOHN — R16

Hice: Removí tweetpilot del git de EMBER (gitlink + 4 docs de barrio), sellé la anti-resurrección, y commiteé+pusheé a los 3 remotos. Tu proyecto de 148M quedó intacto. Audit completo en los 2 docs del panel.

Falta (todo opcional / tu mano):

  • 🔒 .secrets.baseline.json:131 — quitar |tweetpilot/ (John-only, higiene de seguridad).
  • 📄 CLAUDE.md:101 — limpiar la referencia inerte a tweetpilot (LEY ZERO la bloqueó; necesita tu OK explícito).
  • 📁 Mover la carpeta física 148M fuera del repo (opcional, ya está gitignored).
  • ⏸️ Sigue pendiente B-002: el fix detect-secrets de db_snapshot_meta (tu edit no llegó al disco).

Mi consejo: El núcleo está hecho y respaldado. Las 4 pendientes son cosméticas/opcionales. Si quieres cerrarlas, dime y autorizo el CLAUDE.md (D3) + tú aplicas las 2 John-only.
